Anatomy is the most beautiful subject I've ever...

Today I held a human brain and spinal cord in my hands. The language is beautiful and I spend half of my labs just saying THIS IS SO COOOOL. I just find it endlessly fascinating and awe-inducing. But I will never forgive it for ruining chicken pies for me. Shredded chicken just doesn’t taste the same when you know that it is remarkably similar in texture to the facial muscles.
